The Terms & Conditions – as defined below - apply to our services, directly or indirectly made available to you through whatever means, including online purchases, customer service requests or otherwise. By accessing, browsing and using anoucuit.com and/or by making a purchase through anoucuit.com, you acknowledge and agree having read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

The website “anoucuit.com” (“Anoucuit”) is owned and operated by Veloxi Design Lab Ltd and it reserves the right to modify, change and add to the terms and conditions of use of the website at any point in time, without prior notice to users of the website. The changes to the terms and conditions of use take effect upon being published on the website. Users of the website are required to regularly read and/or consult the terms and conditions of use and/or continued use of the website “anoucuit.com”.

Registration
1. No user can post recipes and/or classified ads and/or adverts on anoucuit.com without 1st creating an account with anoucuit.com by filing in the registration form and filling all required personal data and contact information as accurately as possible. The collection of user registration data is done in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2004 and users, who on registration, provide personal information, data and documents do expressly consent thereto and to the storage and use of such personal data by the data controller within the limits and restrictions of the Data Protection Act 2004. Any registered user can send questions and complaints about their personal data by email at marketing@veloxi.mu.
2. No person shall register on this Website unless:
  1. The user agrees & will at all times comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by anoucuit.com
  2. The user is at least 18 years of age
3. A registered account and/or registered user on anoucuit.com can only be in the name of one person and he/she can only create and hold one account that they are solely responsible for managing.
  1. Your account is non-transferrable and may not be sold, combined or otherwise shared with any other person. If you violate any of these limitations we may terminate your account, on giving reasonable notice.
  2. If we terminate your account, you may not re-enroll or join under a new account unless we formally invite you. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password or account is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, failing which we will not be liable for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of such use. Furthermore, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Terms of Advertisement

The user will be required to read and accept the terms and conditions which are displayed on our website before adding an advertisement.

com does not guarantee against errors or issues with regards to advertisements and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose data was incorrectly posted or issues with programming that results in an error.
All publications, advertisements, messages, texts, images, photographs, videotapes, and other materials and any other audiovisual content whatsoever published on the website, transmitted over the website or linked to the website are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. anoucuit.com does not accept any liability whatsoever for content posted by users of the website.
com gives no guarantee whatsoever as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of such content. In case of any claims of third parties with the basis for damages against the publisher at the internet portal anoucuit.com and on any basis, related to delivered content, the user takes the responsibility and obligation to take any action to defend and protect the publisher anoucuit.com against such claims and actions. The user agrees to indemnify anoucuit.com for any damage caused as a result of claims of third parties, on any basis related to materials submitted.
It is prohibited to order and publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusing, harassing, slander or are in any way harmful to minors. Elements that contain personal data of other people without their explicit consent are inadmissible. It is forbidden to resell advertising space on anoucuit.com.
The user agrees not to publish advertisements that are contrary to the law and regulations of the Republic of Mauritius. The user specifically agrees not to sell and advertise the sale of goods or provision of services which would be in breach of copyright and related rights of third parties.
All possible disputes arising from the relationship of users and advertisers (caused by the accuracy of information about the user or advertiser, content of ads, product details, amongst others) should be dealt exclusively between the user and the advertiser. anoucuit.com is not responsible for any damage of any kind incurred as a result of such relations.
Ads should be written in English, French or Mauritian Creole.
The advertisement must contain specific information about the recipe. The description must relate only to the recipe. The ads are not allowed to advertise other items, services, demand or anything else that is not directly the subject of the sale.
Images in the ads have to be the image of the recipe. Publication of logos, banners and the like is prohibited.
Lists of products are not permitted on the website. In an ad it is allowed to enter only one recipe at a time.
Ads should belong in the appropriate section.
The title of the ad must describe the subject of the recipe. The title must not contain description or references to other websites or have more of the same special characters in a row (e.g.: *** briani ***)
Advertisements for participation in any kind of marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, ponzi scheme, financial scam, etc., are not allowed. Also, offers about betting and games of chance are prohibited.
The user can have only one username and one product may have only one ad. It is also not allowed for an advert to be placed in two different categories or sub-categories.
Links to websites outside anoucuit.com are allowed only for display of additional information. Links to other classified ads or similar websites are not allowed.
com reserves the right to delete, or not publish ads that do not meet the required criteria.
com has the right to edit or modify or not publish ads without notice to the user, which can happen in the following circumstances (which is not exhaustive):
- when the advertisement is placed in the wrong section.
- when the product and / or advertiser violates copyright and / or other intellectual property rights.
- when a product may cause damage and / or violate the intellectual property rights of another, in any way.
- when the product and / or the content of the ad contains discriminatory aspects, (child) pornography or illegal material as defined by Mauritian laws.
- when the content of one ad contains more products or services that are not arranged in the correct category.
- when the ad is in any way offensive.
- when the ad is suspicious in terms of advertising stolen or illegal goods.
- when advertisement in any way impairs the quality of anoucuit.com.
com reserves the right to modify each ad, in such a way that it does not change the content of the ad (such as editorial intervention, completion of data and the like).
The user is obliged to ensure the security of their username and password and that the passwords are changed periodically for enhanced security. anoucuit.com is not responsible for cases of misuse of user passwords, but will immediately respond to user requests in case of such infringements.
By publishing ads on anoucuit.com, the user agrees to answer inquiries of other users (by phone or e-mail). The user must have an active e-mail address where they can receive such queries from user and shall respond to the same within reasonable time.
The user agrees to receive occasional e-mails associated with the activities of anoucuit.com. Emails may occasionally contain advertisements. Users at any time can request that anoucuit.com permanently or temporarily stops using their personal contacts to send commercial messages. If the user requests in writing a permanent or temporary cessation of emails, they lose rights of registered users (i.e., it means that the user will no longer be able to use the tool anoucuit.com intended only for registered users).
With the request for publication of an ad, users irrevocably authorize for the content to used, copied, published and distributed in other media by anoucuit.com. anoucuit.com will not publish the user's personal information, but only the content of the ad and link to anoucuit.com.
It is not allowed to copy or use any part of the site anoucuit.com, including all data that users provide, without the prior written permission of anoucuit.com.
com reserves the right to delete the account of users who violate these terms and conditions or otherwise slow down or hinder the operation of the website. anoucuit.com reserves the right to take appropriate action against such users.
com does not guarantee that the user will be able to access the contents of his ads once it expires. It is therefore recommended that users store content and image ads for future use.
You waive and release anoucuit.com from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a user in connection with your food.
All complaints must be sent to marketing@veloxi.mu. Anoucuit.com shall endeavour to resolve all complaints received from its registered users within a delay of 30 days.

Data Protection, Data Collection and Privacy Policy

By registering with us and ordering from us, you consent to us collecting, recording and processing your personal data to process your orders, improve our service to you and to inform you of promotions and special offers. All data is collected lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2004.

Applicable Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction.
1. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Mauritius. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian Courts for purposes of any proceedings relating to this Agreement and waive any objection to the convenience of any such court.
2. Any provision of this Agreement, which is prohibited or unenforceable, shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof.
Indemnification/Release.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless anoucuit.com, its respective directors, officers and employees from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to any products or services purchased by you, or any Statements submitted or posted by you, in connection with the Site or any use of the Site in violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you hereby release anoucuit.com from any and all claims or liability related to any product or recipe, any action or inaction by Contributor, including Contributor’s failure to comply with applicable law and/or failure to abide by the terms and conditions of anoucuit.com, and any conduct, speech, or Statements, whether online or offline, of any other user.
