Ananas flambé Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 drop of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch(s) of cinnamon powder
  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 0.5 of a lemon
  • 5 tablespoon(s) of brown sugar
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 10 cL of rum
  • 2 oranges
 

Method

 
Preparation of the recipe Pineapple flambé
 
 
  1. Remove the peel from the pineapple.
  2. Cut the pineapple into slices.
  3. Remove the core from the pineapple.
  4. Squeeze the lemon and oranges into a bowl.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Heat the oil and melt the butter in a pan.
  8. Place the pineapple slices in the pan.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. 
  10. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  11. Let it evaporate for a while.
  12. Pour in the rum.
  13. Flambé the whole thing.
  14. Then serve the pineapples with the cooking juice.
