Method
Preparation of Apple Barfi (Barfi Pomme):
Heat non-stick pan over low heat.
Add butter, condensed milk let cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk powder stir constantly cook until the raw flavour gone and becomes together like dough remove from heat let cool for 10 minutes.
Foam small balls use finger tips to create a dense in the middle to fit the almond on each one.
Use a clean brush and brush the barfi around the edges.
Apple Barfi (Barfi Pomme) is ready to serve.
