Grease and line a loaf pan with oil or butter and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs one at a time beat well add vanilla extract mix well.
Mashed the ripe bananas and add to the cake mixture along with the liquid milk.
In a different bowl mix together flour, salt, cinnamon powder and baking powder, add in 3 additions to the cake mixture mix until just combined DO NOT OVER MIX.
Stir in the walnuts pour the batter into the greased pan bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
