In an stand mixer, with a dough attachment add flour, salt, baking soda, mix, then add sugar, yogurt, oil let the machine knead the dough by adding water little by little until form a soft and smooth dough.
Sprinkle some dry flour on the working surface knead the dough by hand for a minute.
Put the dough in an greasy bowl and let sit for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil in an deep pan.
Divided the dough in 16-18 equal sizes, sprinkle some dry flour on the working surface use a roller pin and roll the dough in 1/4 inch thick and deep fry until light golden brown on both sides.

**Note: the dough can be done just in a bowl knead the dough by hand for at least 15 minutes.
