To make caramel add the sugar in an seel lid aluminum or stainless teperware, on a very low flame for about 3-5 minutes or until light golden brown set aside to cool down.
In an large bowl mix together all the ingredients with a hand mixer.
Pour into the terperware cover, and the lid must be tight.
In a pressure cooker or a big pot add enough water to Bain Marin the caramel custard. Do not let the water to cover the terperware completely so that water doesn't get inside.
Cook the flan for about 15-20 minutes in the pressure cooker or 25-35 minutes in the pot.
Insert a knife to check if the FLAN is ready.
Let cool for about half an hour.
Run a knife arround the edges flip over a plate slice and serve Caramel Custard (Flan).
