Ingredients for Chicken Strips,Tenders,Poulet Croustillant Recipe:
2 lbs of chicken tenders cut into strips
4 tbsp of granulated garlic divided
4 tbsp of hot chili powder divided
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
1 tbsp of chili sauce
11/2 cup of whole milk (liquid)
3 cups of all purpose flour divided
Oil for frying
Method
Preparation of Chicken Strips,Tenders,Poulet Croustillant Recipe:
In a large bowl add, the chicken along with salt, pepper, half of the chili powder, half of the granulated garlic, chili sauce, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl add half of the flour along with the rest of the granulated garlic, chili powder salt and pepper mix well, gradually add the milk beat with an hand mixer until no more lumps and the batter becomes a thick liquid.
In a large plate add the rest of the flour with salt and pepper and set aside.
Coat the chicken into the batter then the dry flour and fry on medium high heat for 3 minutes.
