Method
Preparation of Coconut Fish Curry Recipe:
Wash and clean your fish add salt and pepper and fry until golden brown and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaf let saute for a minute.
Blend together onions, ginger, garlic, chilies and fresh coriander add to the pan keep stirring let cook for 5 minutes.
Add all the Spices cook for 5 minutes add tomato paste cook again add 2 cups of water cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add your coconut milk cover and cook for another 10 minutes add fried fish cook for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander on Coconut Fish Curry and serve.
