DHOLL ET BRÈDE SONGE
Ingredients
1 glass of yellow dholl
200 grams of brèdes songe
4 love apples
1 onion
2 tablespoons of garlic and ginger
Thyme
4 tablespoons of masala
Salt
Method
Soak the dholls in a bowl of hot water for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, cut up the apples and onions.
Wash the brèdes.
Fry the onions in a pressure cooker with garlic, ginger and thyme.
Then add the massala and the sweet potatoes.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the dholls and the brèdes and add salt.
Close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
Serve with salted fish rougaille.
