Garlic Butter Shrimp (Crevette Au Beurre d'ail) Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for Garlic Butter Shrimp (Crevette Au Beurre d'ail) Recipe :

  • 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp
  • 5 cloves of garlic crushed or sliced
  • 1/2 cup of butter divided Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2-3 tbsp of chopped parsley

Method

Preparation for Garlic Butter Shrimp (Crevette Au Beurre d'ail) Recipe :

  1. In a large pan melt half of the butter.
  2. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper let cook for 5 minutes remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic saute for a minute, add the rest of the butter and chicken stock bring to a boil until reduce in half add the shrimp and chopped parsley
  4. Cook for a minute or two remove from heat and serve Garlic Butter Shrimp (Crevette Au Beurre d'ail) immediately.
