Gateau Manioc (Manioc Fritters)
Ingredients
1Kg Manioc
1 1/2 Tbsp salt Or salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Ginger Paste Or Grated
1/2 Cup / 60 g CornFlour Or More Depending of your mixture
Oil for Deep Frying
Method
Wash, Peel and Grate Manioc finely
Mix the Manioc with all the ingredients except the oil
Shape Manioc into medium sized balls
Fry Manioc for around 5 min or until golden brown
