1 1/2 lbs of potatoes peeled and cut in big chunks
add pinch of salt and yellow food colour and fry half way on medium heat
2 large onions paste
4 large fried onions
2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp of cumin powder
2 tbsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp of cloves powder
3/4 cup of plain yogurt
1 tbsp of vegetable ghee
1 1/4 cup of sunflower oil
200 g of chopped coriander
100 g of chopped mint Few green chilies

Preparation of Meat Kalia Recipe
In a large pot of heavy bottom or non-stick, add the meat, oil, onions paste, yogurt, fried onions, ginger and garlic paste, all the Spices along with chopped coriander and mint mix everything well,
Add the fry potatoes a bit of water mix until combine.
Cook on high heat for 10 minutes and then reduce the heat to low keep the pot cover and let cook for 45 -55 minutes.
