250 g unsalted butter at room temperature
500 g plain flour
Pink food colouring ( you can add any colour that you prefer)
Icing sugar
water

Combine butter with flour until it forms a dough (add a little bit of water if required to form the dough). Then cling and refrigerate it for 30 mins.
Remove the dough and roll it on a floured surface about 1 cm thick. Then take a cookie cutter as per your choice to shape the cookies. Preheat the oven for 5 mins at 175 degrees celsius. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees celsius for 8 mins.
Remove from ove and wait until the cookies are cool completely then add the jam in the centre of the cookie.
Place the cookies on a grill with a baking tray.
Then mix icing sugar with pink food colouring and add water little by little until it forms a thick syrup in a saucepan. Remove from heat and sppon the liquid on the cookies. Let the icing is completely cool on the cookies and serve them.
