Ingredients for Rasgoullah, Rasgulla, Gulaab jamun Recipe:
2 Cups of Full Cream Milk Powder
1/2 Cups of all Purpose Flour
1 Cup of heavy Cream/Whipping Cream or little bit more as needed
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Oil for frying
For the Syrup
2 Cups of white Sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
3 Cups of water
Few Cardamom whole
Method
Preparation of Rasgoullah, Rasgulla, Gulaab jamun:
In sauce pan add both of the sugars water and whole cardamom bring to a boil remove from heat to cool until look warm.
In a large bowl mix together milk powder, flour and baking powder add in the whipping cream mix until becomes a dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and deep fry them on low heat until golden brown that should take about 5 minutes remove on a plate with paper towels to absorb all the oil.
Pour the syrup on the Rasgoullah and serve.
Bon appetit, Gulaab jamun is ready to eat.
***Note: Throw the syrup after 5 minutes so that the Rasgoullah won't break or getting to mushy and saugee.
