Ingredients
6 glasses of rice
200 grams of carrots
200 grams of potato
200 grams of jackfruit
200 grams of green beans
1 can of peas
Briani Spices
Cinnamon and clove
Cotomili
Mint
3 apples of love
2 onions
Yellow color
Plain yogurt
Method
Soak the rice with 2 cinnamons and 5 cloves.
Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Then fry the potato, carrot, jackfruit and beans until tender.
Blend the apples and onions in a blender.
In a large bowl, mix the briani spice, 2 plain yoghurts, sweet potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Then chop the cotomili and mint and add to the mixture.
Strain the vegetables into the mixture.
In your rice cooker, put a layer of rice, the vegetables, the spice mixture and the remaining rice.
Add 12 glasses of water.
Add salt.
Add 1 teaspoon of yellow color.
Let it cook.
Add the peas a few minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Serve with a tomato or coriander chutney or mixed chutney.
